Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking bridal services, event makeup, hairstyling, grooming sessions or masterclasses with Willow Bridal Studio.

Booking & Advance Payment

  • A minimum 40% advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking.
  • Bookings are considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
  • Remaining payment must be completed on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Dates will not be blocked without advance payment confirmation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • In case of cancellation by the client, the advance amount will not be refunded.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of the requested date and time.
  • Any last-minute changes may result in additional charges.
  • Willow Bridal Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unavoidable emergencies or circumstances beyond control.

Bridal Trial / Demo Policy

  • Bridal trial or demo sessions are chargeable separately unless mentioned in the selected package.
  • Trial sessions do not include complimentary lenses, lashes, or premium accessories unless specifically stated.
  • Trial appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Services Included

All bridal packages may include selected services such as:

  • Makeup
  • Hairstyling
  • Saree / Dupatta Draping
  • Artificial Eye Lashes
  • Eye Lenses
  • Hair Extensions
  • Hair Accessories & Brooches (Artificial Flowers Only)

Package inclusions may vary depending on the selected package.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are requested to:

  • Inform us in advance about any skin allergies, medical conditions, sensitivities, or previous reactions to cosmetic products.
  • Arrive on time for appointments to avoid delays.
  • Ensure proper skincare preparation before makeup sessions when advised.
  • Handle provided accessories, hair extensions, and studio items carefully.

Damage or Loss

  • Any damage, loss, or mishandling of hair accessories, extensions, lenses, jewelry items, or studio products by the client will result in additional replacement charges.
  • Willow Bridal Studio is not responsible for any personal belongings, jewelry, valuables, or items lost or misplaced during appointments or events.

Destination Wedding & Outstation Bookings

For destination weddings or outstation bookings:

  • Travel, accommodation, food, and transportation arrangements for the makeup team must be provided by the client unless otherwise agreed.
  • Destination wedding packages and pricing differ from regular studio packages.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on travel distance, timing, and event requirements.

Photography & Portfolio Usage

  • Willow Bridal Studio reserves the right to capture photographs/videos of makeup work for portfolio, social media, website, promotional, and marketing purposes.
  • If a client prefers privacy, they must inform us in writing before the appointment.

Hygiene & Safety

  • We maintain high hygiene standards and use sanitized tools and professional products.
  • For safety reasons, clients with contagious skin conditions or infections may be requested to reschedule appointments.

Delays & Extra Time

  • Delays caused by the client, venue issues, or late arrival may impact the scheduled timeline.
  • Additional charges may apply for extended hours, early morning bookings, or waiting time beyond agreed schedules.

Payments

  • We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, cash, and approved digital payment methods.
  • Full payment must be completed before final service completion unless otherwise agreed.

No Guarantee of Exact Makeup Replication

  • Makeup looks may vary depending on individual skin type, facial features, lighting conditions, and product suitability.
  • Reference images are used for inspiration purposes only and exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

All content, images, branding, logos, designs, and materials available on this website are the property of Willow Bridal Studio. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Willow Bridal Studio shall not be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions caused due to undisclosed medical or skin conditions.
  • Delays caused by third parties or external circumstances.
  • Any indirect or incidental damages related to our services.
